For future reference and as you discovered later and told us over email: the problem was with entering a framerate value. When entered as 30.0 on a German computer, it would not validate and the Finish button would remain greyed out. Entering 30 worked. It is possible that entering 30,0 would also work since Germany uses a comma as decimal separator.
