Cant recognise All QR Codes/No Barcodes Recognised

0 votes
I tried generating a QR code here https://www.qrcode-monkey.com/ and it generated a code for me, but Jevois cannot recognise it. ( there is no attachment option, with which I can send you the QR code image)

It can recognise no barcodes at all.

Looks like it an only do specific types of Barcodes/QR codes perhaps.

(this Question editor needs at attachment option, cant find one)

Barcodes are disabled by default. To enable them, set the 'symbol' parameter of the module, see http://jevois.org/tutorials/UserParameters.html for some examples (you need the latest microSD image from http://jevois.org/start).

The back-end library for this module is ZBar from http://zbar.sourceforge.net and indeed it may be restricted to specific types of QR codes.

Yes, to post pictures here it seem you need to have them as a URL, maybe just let us know what you typed on that qrcode-monkey site and we can try it out here.
