About: Keep the lines of communication open: it benefits you! None people are superhuman. All of us sometimes burn out or overwhelmed by how we feel or when things do not go to plan. If things are getting excessive for you and you feel you can't cope, request aid.

Regional services exist to help you. A change of scene or a change of pace benefits your mental health. It could be a five-minute time out from cleaning your cooking area, a half-hour lunch break at work, or a weekend exploring someplace new. A few minutes can be enough to de-stress you.
