About: Keep the lines of interaction open: it benefits you! None of us are superhuman. All of us sometimes burn out or overloaded by how we feel or when things do not go to plan. If things are getting excessive for you and you feel you can't cope, request for aid.

Regional services exist to assist you. A change of scene or a change of pace is excellent for your psychological health. It might be a five-minute pause from cleaning your cooking area, a half-hour lunch break at work, or a weekend exploring somewhere new. A couple of minutes can be enough to de-stress you.
