About: It surprises me the amount of people confuse the importance of vulnerability scanning with infiltration screening. Susceptability scanning can not change the value of infiltration testing, as well as infiltration screening, on its very own, can not secure the entire network. Both are necessary at their respective levels, required in cyber threat evaluation, and are needed by standards such as PCI, HIPPA, ISO 27001, and so on.
