OCD is a common stress and anxiety disorder in which individuals have undesirable and repetitive ideas, feelings, ideas, sensations (fixations), or habits that make them feel driven to do something (obsessions).

People with schizophrenia might appear like they have actually lost touch with reality and can experience hallucinations, delusions, and messy thinking, and these symptoms can be extremely disabling.
