How to get the Arduino pan-tilt demo to work without connecting Jevois to a computer?

Question

I ran successfully the Arduino demo described on the documentation.

However, if I just power the Jevois without launching a webcam app, the Jevois does not send any data.

I suppose there is a command to initiate image processing I can send from the Arduino to get everything to work.
